Customers must check in up to 45 minutes prior to the activity, at the Cruzeiros da Oura desks at Vilamoura Marina. Cruzeiros da Oura reserves the right to change the vessel used in the experience.
VAT is included at the current statutory rate.
Cruzeiros da Oura assumes no liability for the loss of personal property on board the vessels. Customers wearing inappropriate or offensive clothing, and/or persons strongly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will not be allowed to check in/board.
With the purchase of the ticket, Cruzeiros da Oura is authorized to take and publish photographs of the event to which the ticket relates. If you do not authorize the collection and use of photographs and videos containing your image, you must explicitly state this at the check-in desk.
All our boats comply with European safety standards.
Our company Cruzeiros da Oura has all compulsory insurance and is licensed by the Portuguese Tourist Board (RNAAT Nº 139/2010 e 132/2010).
The personal data collected by Cruzeiros da Oura during the booking process are solely and exclusively intended for the processing thereof and the customer’s check-in. Customer data will not be used for any other purpose unless the customer authorizes use of the data for Email Marketing purposes.

- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Customers who cancel within the 48-hour period will not be entitled to a refund, unless a medical certificate is provided.
- Cancellations for groups of more than 10 persons or private parties must be done up to 10 days in advance of the experience. Canceling within the 10x day period does not grant the right to a refund
- In the event that Cruzeiros da Oura cancels an experience due to sea or weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If this change of date proves impossible, a full refund will be given.
